Taxpayer Number 3-01181-5540-4, from state franchise tax to that of a Section 501(c)(4) organization. The organization previously qualified for franchise tax exemption as a homeowners' association effective August 31, 1995. The effective date of the exemption from franchise. tax is unchanged by the reclassification. If we subsequently have reason to believe that the organization no longer qualifies for exemption, we will. notify the registered agent that its' exempt status is under review.
