Came to be heard this the 14th day of November, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-1-0 to:
Approve Kerr County employee voluntary supplemental insurance programs or
plans with guaranteed issue and county-approved electronic enrollment features,
and funded through employee payroll deduction, and authorize County Judge to
sign Agreement for same.
