Came to be heard this the 26th day of November, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the request from Mr. Walston to hire Elsa Villareal as a secretary for the
Extension Office, she has 15 years experience, at a 14/3 level and the amount of
$24,471.00.
