I appr`ciate your appointing me to the board, but I don't feel that I have been an effective factor on the Board. Due to health problems, it has been difficult to make the drive to San Antonio. We meet for an hour to 1 1/2 hours, and then I turn around and come home. Everything is already decided when presented to the Board. If you should need my help on something local, I would be glad to volunteer. Cordially, ~~' cc: Debbie Billa tar Margie G. Jetton 208 Methodist Encampment Rd.
