CELL PHONE PLAN All cell phones on which county business is conducted, other than the Sheriff's Office which are on separate contract, will be on one contract. Features: 1. Individual phones can be added (or dropped) at a specific per phone, per month charge. 2. Initial block of minutes will be applicable to the entire pool of phones and numbers - no specific allocation of minutes to individual phones or departments. 3. Initial blocks of minutes will be subject to adjustment - up or down - during an initial trial period - 60 to 180 days. 4. After stabilizing the number of minutes in the block, additional minutes could be added in increments of 100 minutes (or possibly other increment) for a specific monthly charge. 5. Per phone acquisition cost - to be determined. 6. Phones which are added to the program for users having individual contracts (existing) with Five Star will be allowed to cancel the existing contract without penalty. 7. All billing would be direct to Kerr County.
