Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 2-0-0 to:
Authorize the issuance of a new RFP for the 2008 Kerr County Employee Health
Benefits Plan, and Notice and Publication of same, and set the deadline to be as
soon as possible, according to the State Law Bidding Requirements.
