P R O C E E D I N G S
JUDGE TINLEY: Okay, let me call to order this
special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court posted
and scheduled for this time and date, Tuesday, September 4th,
2007, at 10 a.m. It is just a bit past that time now.
Because the agenda calls for it, I'll ask if there's anyone in
the audience that has anything they want to bring to the
attention of the Court that is not one of the two listed
agenda items. If so, why, you're free to come forward at this
time. Seeing no one coming forward, we will move on. The
first item on the agenda is to consider, discuss, and take
appropriate action to accept the resignation of Precinct 1
Constable, David J. Billeiter. Commissioner Baldwin?
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: I move we accept the

Item 2; consider, discuss, and take appropriate action to
confirm the official bond of David J. Billeiter, Precinct 1
Kerr County Justice of the Peace. I put this on the agenda in
order to give validity to the new Justice of the Peace's
actions and his bond, which was executed effective September 1
of this year, and which he has with him today. Do I hear a
motion to confirm his official bond?
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: So moved.
COMMISSIONER LETZ: Second.
COMMISSIONER OEHLER: Second.
COMMISSIONER LETZ: Third.
JUDGE TINLEY: Motion made and seconded. Any
further question or discussion on the motion? All in favor of
