This meeting was originally scheduled and posted for Thursday, September 13th, 2007, at 1 p.m. We were delayed getting started because court was in session. Upon arrival from lunch, the Court began hearing probate -- a probate case, and then immediately thereafter began consideration of juvenile cases. We're in a recess in those juvenile cases, and so we're therefore in a position to hold this particular meeting, and it's now 2:40 in the afternoon. The agenda item today is to consider, discuss, and take appropriate action to ratify and confirm the official bond of Kerr County Precinct 1 Constable, John Lavender. The original bond has been tendered to the Court by the -- by the constable designee. Do I hear a motion that that bond be ratified, approved, and confirmed? COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Judge, I move for approval of the agenda item.
