On Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., a
special meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court was
held in the Commissioners' Courtroom, Kerr County Courthouse,
Kerrville, Texas, and the following proceedings were had in
open court:
P R O C E E D I N G S
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Let me open this
Commissioners Court meeting. It is 10 a.m. on September the
', 20th, 2007, and we will now recess that meeting and open a
public hearing regarding the proposed Kerr County 2007 tax
rate.
(The regular Commissioners Court meeting was closed
at 10 a.m., and a public hearing was held in open
court, as follows:)
P U B L I C H E A R I N G
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: It's a public hearing. The
Commissioners Court is now in session to hear comments from
the public.
(No response.)
COMMISSIONER BALDWIN: Hearing none, we will close
the public hearing and reconvene the Commissioners Court
meeting.
(The public hearing was concluded at 10 a.m.,
and the regular Commissioners Court meeting was
reopened.)
