Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams. "I'hc Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-1-0 to:
Approve the 2 recommendations made by the District Clerk, and that we accept the
Elected Officials' salary schedule as recommended by I-~~iman Resources, with the
exception of deleting the longevity as proposed for all Elected Oflcials.

FISCAL YEAR 2007/08
Pursuant to Section 152.013(b), Local Government Code, notice is hereby given of the proposed salary increases, expenses and
allowances for elected county and precinct officials of Kerr County, Texas for the Fiscal Yeaz beginning October ls`, 2007. The
Commissioners' Court shall set the proposed salary increases, expenses, and other allowances at the regulaz meeting of the court
during the regulaz budget hearing and adoption proceedings to be held on September 24°, 2006, at 10:00 A.M., in the County
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, Kerrville, Texas. A copy of the proposed increases is available for inspection at the office
of the Ken County Clerk, at the Kerr County Courthouse during normal business hours.
