Came to be heard this the 24th day of September, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Charge $250 for HILCO to have their annual membership meeting at the Hill
Country Youth Exhibit Center on Friday, February 8, 2008.
