RESOLUTION
A Resolution of Kerr County Commissioners' Court. expressing intent to contract with Tetra Tech, Inc., for
Engineering Services to develop requisite Planning Activities for Center Point-Eastern Kerr County Wastewater
Project, as specified by Texas Water Development Board, contingent on obtaining funding through TWDB
EDAP Program.
WHEREAS Kerr County has filed an application with the Texas Water Development Board to
fund Planning Activities under the EDAP Program for the Center Point-Eastern
Kerr County Wastewater Project; and
WHEREAS Kerr County has utilized Tetra Tech, Inc., for engineering services for this project
from inception of the project to date; and
WHEREAS The Center Point-Eastern Kerr County Wastewater Project will require continuing
Engineering services for each step/phase of the project; and
WHEREAS The "Scope of Work" as delineated in the current contract with Tetra Tech, Inc.,
has been completed and accepted by TWDB, Now Therefore be it
RESOLVED:
Section 1. That it is the intent of Kerr County to continue using engineering services of Tetra
Tech, Inc., for Planning Activities and negotiate a new "Scope of Work" and fee
schedule for inclusion in an addendum or new agreement;
Section 2. That an addendum or new agreement with Tetra Tech for continuing services is
contingent upon a funding grant from Texas Water Development for Planning
Activities associated with Kerr County's application.
Section 3. That any such addendum or new agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc., once funding
becomes available, will be reviewed and approved by the County Attorney and
signed by the County Judge.
