Came to be heard this the 25th day of February, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Set a Public Hearing for April 14, 2008 at 10:10 a.m. to abandon, vacate and
discontinue a 15 ft. reserve strip on the property held by the Tomms in Precinct 2.
