RE: 90-day Extension for Megan Manor
Kevin Spraggins with Vordenbaum Engineering has asked fora 90-day extension to complete
the work needed on Megan Manor.
They have been working on the corrections and I feel they will complete them to our satisfaction
before the end of 90 days.
The Judge received information from the Western Surety Company on the Maintenance Bond #
70271788, therefore I suggest we send them a copy of the Court Order should you grant the
extension.
