Approve designating the full-time Director of the Environmental Health

Re: Agenda Item -amendment of Nuisance Abatement Program
Order
The Kerr County Commissioners Court adopted a Nuisance Abatement
Program by Order No. 29142. dated April 25, 2005. In this Order, the
Court designated Miguel Arreola as director of the program. As he is
no longer employed by Kerr County, the Order should be amended
accordingly. In order to prevent the necessity of further amendments
to the order, I respectfully request that this Court adopt an order in a
form worded substantially as that proposed order attached hereto,
designating the director of the Environmental Health Department as
director of the Nuisance Abatement Program, rather designating a
particular person.
