Voelkel SUBJECT: A-OK Storage Set-back requirements Ms. Hulett: At our meeting last week for the project referenced above a question came up regarding any set- back requirements from the property line /highway right-of--way line. I had a conversation with Mike Coward, TXDOT engineer, this morning. He stated that the highway department has no set-back requirements from the right-of--way. The only set-back requirement that I am aware of will be the county's fifty (50) ft. building set-back from the right-of--way (Section S.O1.F). This should not prohibit a septic system /drainfield within this area. However, upon plat approval, there will beaten (10) ft. wide utility easement along the property line/ highway right-of--way line.
