Then they sold their existing home with two lots (81R & 83R) and retained one lot (79R) to build a new home. They furnished the County with a letter of credit to insure the cul-de-sac would be completed when the construction of the new home is complete. This subdivision was originally platted in 1979 before any subdivision rules were in place with only 25 ft entrance into the property and the County maintained road, Woodland, was built within that right of way and terminated at the Kilgore's original home with no cul-de-sac. Karen Kilgore is asking the Court to allow her to build a smaller turn-a-round. Should the Court allow her to do so, we will work with her to assure it is done safely and in such a manner that it will tie into the County maintained road.
