approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve going out for Request for Proposals for bids to replace approximately 77
windows in original Kerr County Courthouse and renovation or replacement of front door
to Courthouse and side entry door on Sidney Baker.

Renovate and retrofit existing doors with energy saving devices
Option 2
Fabricate new energy efficient doors which matches existing door in appearance
Installation to be included in bid for each item.
Extreme care should be utilized in removing existing windows to prevent damage.
Bidders will be required to produce a sample window which clearly shows the design, construction
and materials used and/or computer generated rendering which clearly shows all facets of design,
construction and method of installation.
Installation to be completed within 6 months from date of contract.
