RENEGOTIATE INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND THE CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR
REGULATION OF SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN THE CITY OF
KERRVILLE' S EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION WITH THE
CITY OF KERRVILLE
Came to be heard this the 25th day of August, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint Commissioners Baldwin and Letz to renegotiate the "Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement between Kerr County and the City of Kerrville for
Regulation of Subdivisions within the City of Kerrville's Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction (ETJ)" with the City of Kerrville.
