The Court unanimously approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to: Appoint Commissioners Baldwin and Letz to renegotiate the "Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Kerr County and the City of Kerrville for Regulation of Subdivisions within the City of Kerrville's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ)" with the City of Kerrville.
