Move we accept the bid from D. W. Electric for labor and materials in the
amount of $24,400 for reworking electrical conduits and wiring in the front
area of the Kerr County Courthouse Square, and give to the Maintenance
Supervisor for recommendation.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
Project: Courthouse -reworking electrical conduits and wiring in the front
Area of Kerr County Square
Furnish labor aad material for the following:
• Remove electrical conduits from trees at 15 (fifteen) locations and install 2
{two) new quad outlets at each location
• Replace triplex with underground service - 2 (two) locations
• Bore under roads at 3 (three) locations for new underground service
• Triplex on south side of court house along Main Street is to be removed.
New underground conduit and wire is to be installed (approximately 350')
• Build 3 (three) new service panels racks with plugs
• Install 2 (two) new light fixtures on Vietnam War Memorial
Price is based on 2005 NEC Code.

BID PROPOSAL FOR ELECTRIAL WIRING OF KERB
COUNTY COURT HOUSE GROUNDS ON JUNCTION
HIGHWAY
Kerr County is taking bids on electrical conduits and wiring
for the Kerr County Court House grounds fronting on Junction
Highway. Please contact Tim Bollier, Maintenance Supervisor
for specifications at 830-459-4872. Proposals are to be submitted
in duplicate (1 original complete proposal set and 1 copy of the
proposal Set). The Proposal sets should be marked "original" or "copy".
All Proposals must be returned in a sealed envelope with the Firm's name, address,
proposal name, and the wording "SEALED BID" along with the wording
"original" or "copy" should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.
Sealed proposals may be Hand delivered or mailed to the Kerr County Clerk,
700 Main Street # 122, Kerrville, Texas 78028 no later than August 22, 2008
at 4:30 PM.
