THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE

This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M.,
Monday, December 22, 2008, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.

General Counsel, Texas Education Agency in his letter of
November 24, 2008 and to authorize payment of said
funds in accordance with the per scholastic basis as
