Michael D. Vlasek and wife, Sandra Vlasek are the owners of this 21.20 acres of land. At this time we ask that you accept the Abandonment, Vacating and Discontinuation of the said 21.20 acres of Naroni Ranch from the Comanche Caves Ranch recorded plat, Vol. 4, Page 209. The Vlaseks and the Comanche Caves Homeowners Association are asking to be exempt from the platting process under Section 1.03.C.
