Came to be heard this the 11th day of February, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve adding an additional $30,000.00 to the original cap of $1,750,000.00 for
the Long Term Capital Loan.
