This proposal will be provided through funding with the Department of State Health Services. HCCADA staff has already visited with school administrators and have receive approval (if funded) to provide a proven model "Botvin's Life Skills Training" Program in their elementary and middle schools. We however, need this signed Memorandum of Understanding from our local officials who understand the importance of substance abuse programming for their youth.
