Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Set a public hearing for January 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. for the Concept of Revision
of Plat for 707 Ranch, as set forth in Volume 7, Page 347.
