Came to be heard this the 10th day of December, 2007, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Set a Public Hearing for January 14 2008, at 10:05 am. for the revision of plat for
Solar Village, Lots 14, 15, 16 and 17.
