Mr. Harrell ai7d Mr, Hightower presently own approximately 2S5 acres, wvhich is split by Spur 100. It is our understanding that Spur 100 is a "county maixrtained" road. The potential buyer under contract wislxes to convey the right-of--way, as presently fenced, to Kerr County. See the attached "colored neap" for reference. De would like the .commissioners to draft an order of acceptance of conveyance continge~~t upon his acquisition o~'the property. At that time he will deliver (at leis e~cperzse) a metes and bounds descrip~on of the property to be oonveyed.
