The owners of the lot at the rear have infringed by building a tank and roadway on Lot 44. Mr. Broom, the new owner, wishes to sell the back portion with the tank and roadway to Mr. Williams, the neighbor, and divide the remaining acreage into two lots. Each lot would be at least 5.01 acres to allow for a well and OSSF. The lot only has 238.60 ft. of frontage and our subdivision rules require a minimum of 150' frontage.
