The county is ensuring that performances rendered under any and all subcontracts are rendered so as to comply
with all terms of the contractual grant agreement, as if such performances were rendered by the county.
Work is progressing on schedule and the county is and/or will be holding frequent meetings with its consultant in
developing the studies and plans funded under the contract.

of the environmental review undertaken under this part for each project.

the conditions specified for such exemption under section 24 CFR 58.34(a). Please keep a copy of this
