Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint Bud Fawcett as a new member to ESD # 1 and reappoint Johnnie Hawkins,
both for 2 year terms.
