Came to be heard this the 14r~' day of July, 2008 with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 to approve the deletion of 1 sergeant and 1 patrol deputy position in the Kerr
County Sheriffs Department.
