We received a telephone call from the City of Kerrville where Tammy Gazaway
requested use of our equipment to help with the fighting of the above-mentioned fires.
The following is the breakdown for equipment used:

RE: FUEL DISBURSEMENT TO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS
May 7, 2008, Road & Bridge was called out by the Sheriff's Department to furnish fuel in
fighting a fire.
Two of our employees distributed 175 gallons of fuel to the following Volunteer Fire
Departments:

We are more than happy to respond and accommodate in the great efforts of these firefighters
with equipment or man hours, but as fuel becomes more of an issue for all of us we need
reimbursement for the actual fuel cost.
