FILL VACANCY IN COURT COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT
Came to be heard this the 3rd day of June, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Appoint Terry Lyle as the Court Compliance Officer and offer her the plan of the
grade/step 16/1 for 90 days, and at the end of 90 days, have a review and go
forward from there.
