Came to be heard this the 9th day of June, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the Interim Chief Deputy position to become the full-time Chief Deputy
at a grade/step 19/6 in the County Clerk's Office effective immediately.
