Came to be heard this the 9th day of June, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Award the bid to Hardin Heating and Cooling, as low bidder, for 1 six-ton air
conditioning unit and 4 eight and one-half ton air conditioning units, in whole or in
part, as applicable.
