Came to be heard this the 9th day of June, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the Resolution to designate authorized signatory, being the County Judge,
Auditor and County Clerk, for 2008 Texas Community Development Block Grant
Colonia Construction award for Phase IV of the Kerrville South Wastewater
Project.

RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF KERR COUNTY AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED
SIGNATORS FOR TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANTS
PROGRAM CONTRACT 728065.
WHEREAS, The' County has receives! funding under the Texas Community Development
Block Grants Program; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary to designate signators for contractual documents pertaining to
these contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
Section 1, That the Commissioners' Court designates the Gounty Judge, County Clerk, aril
County Auditor as authorized signators for State of Texas Purchase Vouchers for
the Texas Community Development Block Grants Program Contract 728065; and.
Section 2. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County Clerk.. and
County Auditor as authorized signators for Requests for Advance or
Reimbursement for the Texas Community Development Block Grants Program
Contract 728065; and,
Section 3. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as the
County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all
matters in connection with the Texas Community Development Block Grants
Program Contract 728065.
