Came to be heard this the 9th day of June, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve rescinding that portion of Court Order #30840 which declared the old
Animal Control van surplus, and allow the van to be used by the Kerr County
Maintenance Department.
