You must be a member of the Texas Building and Procurement Commission Purchasing Cooperative. Once you are a member, you will be required to submit an electronic requisition for a Purchase Order for Contract number 946-A1. The Purchase Order Requisition can be downloaded from TBPC's website at http://www.tbpc.state.tx.us/stpurc h/coopform.html. Are there any annual cardholder fees? There are no annual fees assessed and no minimum number of cards or spending limits imposed. Do you offer on-line reporting and what are the charges and system requirements? Smart Date OnLineTM, MasterCard's web-based reporting and card administration tool, is made available at no charge to all participants in the State of Texas program. Access to Smart Data OnLineTM is through your PC and browser. How will we be able to distinguish our new procurement cards? The State of Texas procurement card design is green plastic with a black State of Texas Seal. The Travel Card is a silver plastic with a black State of Texas Seal. The words For Official Use Only' and 'Tax Exempt' appear in the upper left hand corner. Your organization's name will be embossed on the card on name line 2 with your employee's name on name line 1. Organizations desiring a card design other than the State of Texas will need to submit camera-ready artwork. What are my payment options? The preferred method of payment is ACH direct debit from any account. However, we can accommodate any type of payment method required by your organization from ACH credit, wire transfer or check. Do you offer rebates? Because JPMorgan Chase and the State of Texas have teamed up, we are able to offer you a very aggressive rebate schedule.
