(Two copies of Agreement) #30t3~4 AGREEMENT BETWEEN KERB COUNTY, TEXAS AND CITY OF INGRAM, TEXAS REGARDING ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES FIRST AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City of Ingram on September 18, 2007 executed an agreement with Kerr County pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code; Section 826.016, which agreement establishes Kerr County as the enforcement authority for animal control within the City of Ingram, and; WHEREAS, Kerr County also executed such agreement on September 23, 2007, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement," and; WHEREAS, the two parties to the Agreement are desirous of making changes in the Agreement as relates to the registration of animals and collection of fees, NOW THEREFORE, the City of Ingram and the County of Kerr, acting by and through their respective governing bodies do hereby make this First Amendment to the Agreement as follows: Paragraph "a." Section S of the Agreement is hereby amended, the revised section to read in its entirely as follows: "a. County shall be responsible for issuing and collecting for animal licenses for those animals whose owners reside within the Ingram City limits and shall retain the revenue derived therefrom.
