REVISION OF INFAMOUS 1169 AND SET PUBLIC HEARING
Came to be heard this the 28th day of January, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 3-0-0 to:
Waive all OSSF fees and all fees that come out of the Road & Bridge Department
for the review, but will be required to pay the fees to the County Clerk's Office for
recording, and set a Public Hearing for Monday, March 10, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
