Audit of K~ C'oLU~yRoad andBridge To: Jeannie Hargis, Kerr County Auditor From: Kenneth Ruark Date: 3/15/08 Audit Period 11/01/07 - 1/31/08 Background Kerr County Road and Bridge Department maintains 458 miles of roadway and their right-of - ways, bridges and low water crossings. They name all roads, set speed limits and regulate all aspects of roadways with Kerr County. Audit Scope This audit was a review of procedures and controls for the collection of fees associated with the functions of Kerr County Road and Bridge.
