SUBJECT: Rental of Union Church, 17-27 July 2009
I would like to discus the possibility of a reduced rental fee for the Union Church. The
International Congress of Speleology would like to rent the church for eleven days. We
are attempting to keep the registration cost of the Congress as low as we can so as many
people as possible can afford to attend. We are expecting 2000 attendees but -with the
lower registration cost more attendees can afford to come. With more attendees more
money can be spent in town.
