We are requesting waiver of fees with understanding that we will provide additionally insured insurance to cover us while we are there. We would need 100 chairs, 6 tables, the small stage, and a microphone. We would need the facility from lpm (to begin decorating) until 9pm (to give time to tear down & clean up). We area 501 (c) 3 non- profit childcare and early education center providing care for 120 children in Kerr County. Currently, 85% of children in our program are subsidized by CCDS for their childcare costs because their families fall into aloes-income category. We try to provide a very nice reception and program for our preschool class before sending them on to Kindergarten. Last year, we were so fortunate to have this request approved and we would like to use this facility again this year as our center is not conducive for this size event.
