Came to be heard this the 24th day of March, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the request from the District Clerk, Linda Uecker, to approve a budget
amendment to allocate an additional $24,000.00 from the $78,629.90 remaining in
28-635-411 (Records Preservation) to finish the project of imaging all old records
currently on microfilm.
