Backug Statement for Agenda Item I have had discussions with Mike Coward of TxDOT regarding the possibility of our hosting a Transportation Priorities Planning Workshop. According to Mr. Coward, a review of transportation priorities has not taken place in about three years. During that period of time much of what was included in prior planning sessions has either been accomplished or is scheduled to get underway in the near future. Mike has arranged to include others from TxDOT Regional Office in San Antonio, and the suggested date is May 12, 2008, @ 1:30 p.m. It is also suggested that we extend invitations to City of Kerrville, UGRA, KEDF, and the Kerrville Chamber of Commerce to attend and participate. ``rr%
