A RESOLUTION OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING DESIGNATED
SIGNATORS FOR TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM CONTRACT 727125
WHEREAS, The County has received funding under the Texas Community Development Block
Grant Program;

WHEREAS, It is necessary to designate signatory for contractual documents pertaining to these
contracts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Commissioners' Court designates the County Judge, County Treasurer, and
County Auditor as authorized signators for State of Texas Purchase Vouchers for the
Texas Community Development Block Grants Program Contract 727125; and
Section 2. That the Commissioners' Court designates the Coun Jud e, County Treasurer, and
County Auditor as authorized signators for Requests for Advance or Reimbursement
for the Texas Community Development Block Grants Program Contract 727125; and
Section 2. That the Commissioners' Court directs and designates the County Judge as the
County's Chief Executive Officer and Authorized Representative to act in all matters
in connection with the Texas Community Development Block Grants Program
Contract 727125.
