THIS NOTICE IS POSTED PURSUANT TO THE TEXAS OPEN
MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE 5, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE

This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 9:00 A.M.,
Monday, May 12, 2008, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the
Commissioners' Courtroom.

Citizens wishing to speak on items NOT listed on the regular agenda,
please fill out form for consideration at this time. Citizens wishing to
speak on items LISTED on the regular agenda, please fill out request
form for consideration during discussion on that specific item. In
order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the
opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a three (3) minute
limitation on any person addressing the court.
