The reasons for asking for the variance are as follows: 1. The land is 5.2 acres which comply with the septic tank and water well rule. 2. The land fronts on State Farm to Market Road 1338 at the end of Goat Creek Road. The acreage has 744 feet on the highway and is 294 feet deep. 3. Eric Ashley has quoted an extra fee of $2800.00 to do the Plat. 4. There will be approximately another 2 months wait before we could get a Deed. 5.
