Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the concept plan to relocate Wilson Ranch Road around Mo-Ranch and
for them to continue to try and acquire a separate access, located in Precinct 4.

Mo-Ranch has agreed to build a new road around their campus to relocate Wilson Ranch Road a
County maintained road. Enclosed in your backup you will find a map showing the new
location.
When Mo-Ranch has completed the new road Kerr County would accept the new road for
maintenance, and abandon, vacate and discontinue the old road thru their property.

plan to relocate the Wilson Ranch Road around the Mo-Ranch campus we herewith
enclosed eleven (11) copies of the conceptual plan for your review. If they meet with
your approval we would appreciate you providing Precinct 4 Commissioner Oehler with
the conceptual information with the idea of getting this conceptual plan on the May 5,
2008 Commissioner's Court adgenda for discussion and approval.
