Came to be heard this the 12th day of May, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Declare the old Animal Control van as surplus and sell it with the other 2 vehicles
from Environmental Health.
